stand up

I am sitting in the lounge room with only two other girls who choose to sit when "bed rest" is complete. One is a girl who enquires about the exact minute bed rest finishes, and paces as soon as it ends. The other is immersed in her second novel, reading away and not letting anything but a sneeze sway her concentration; "bless you," she says, and seems immersed in her book again.

My ED is telling me to move now, just once, before group starts in about a minute. I am going to give in to that voice, just this once, I tell myself. I have plenty of time to sit and blog when a group is taking place.
